Regarding the issuance of marking codes RUE “Izdatelstvo “Belblankavyd”

 Regarding the issuance of marking codes RUE “Izdatelstvo “Belblankavyd” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) has decided to extend the deadlines for submitting reports on the application of identification means to the GIS “Electronic Sign” in relation to marking codes received before the introduction of the new payment procedure stipulated by paragraph 3 of the letter. Business entities must submit a marking report or perform the “write-off of marking codes” operation in relation to previously received marking codes, information on the use of which has not been transferred to the marking system, within the following deadlines: for marking codes received as of 31.12.2025 (inclusive) — no later than 31.07.2026; for marking codes received in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.07.2026 (inclusive) — no later than 31.01.2027. Upon expiration of the specified periods, all marking codes remaining unused or not written off according to the marking system will be automatically invalidated by the Operator. The corresponding amendments have been made to the public agreement governing the procedure for the sale of unified control marks, security marks, the manufacture and sale of protected material media (with an applied identification means), and the provision of services for the provision and accounting of marking codes.
