On restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages in the Stolin District

 The Stolin District Executive Committee reports that, based on the second paragraph of clause 5 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z "On state regulation of the production and circulation of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol", the sale of alcoholic beverages in the Stolin District is restricted from 00:00 to 24:00: • June 12, 2026 - in connection with graduation parties at general secondary education institutions; • September 1, 2026 - in connection with events aimed at promoting (popularizing) a healthy lifestyle, preventing and combating drunkenness and alcoholism, and timed to coincide with the First School Bell celebrations. Exceptions: The above restrictions do not apply to: • 1. Retail sale of alcoholic beverages on tap in public catering establishments. • 2. Sale of alcoholic beverages by retail outlets for wedding celebrations and ritual ceremonies. Stolin District Executive Committee
