The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds you: if your electric scooter, e-scooter or tricycle has a speed exceeding 25 km/h, you must register it before the beginning of September! Important information: Devices UP TO 25 km/h:
• Registration is not required.
• Rules: speed on sidewalks — no more than 10 km/h; dismounting is mandatory at pedestrian crossings; devices heavier than 35 kg are not allowed on sidewalks. Devices OVER 25 km/h:
• Are considered the same as mopeds/motorcycles — registration is required!
• From September 1st, driving unregistered vehicles on city streets will be prohibited.
• Restrictions after September 1st: unregistered devices can only be ridden during daylight hours on shoulders or roads without improved pavement (no further than 1 meter from the edge). Don’t put off registration! Observe traffic rules and take care of yourself on the roads!
