The Belarusian Association for the Development of Electric Transport (BETA) has launched a special portal where users can report issues with charging stations and electric vehicle operation, as well as submit suggestions, comments, and ask questions to experts. Requests will be reviewed jointly with industry representatives, charging infrastructure operators, car dealers, and relevant government agencies. Users will be able to attach photos and videos, and answers to the most pressing questions will be published on the association's social media. Currently, there are 2,688 public charging stations in Belarus, approximately 70% of which are fast. There are approximately 60,000 "green" vehicles on the country's roads, including more than 41,000 electric cars and over 19,000 hybrids.
