"Green Shield": Stolin District Department of Emergency Situations warns of fire danger!

Since the beginning of the year, 81 fires have already occurred in natural ecosystems in our district. In order to stabilize the situation, a special preventive event "Green Shield" is being held in the district from September 8 to 12. The goal of the action is to prevent fires, remind people of safety rules and raise the culture of caring for nature. As part of the event, the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees, together with interested services, will: hold meetings in work collectives; organize raids in populated areas; remind people of the responsibility for burning dry vegetation and grass. Stolin District Department of Emergency Situations calls on you to: • Strictly observe fire safety rules when tidying up your areas! • Be extremely careful when using barbecues, grills and barbecues! • Remember: burning dry grass is prohibited by law! In case of fire, immediately call "101" or "112"! Take care of nature - it needs our care!
